BLUESPACE STUDIO / SOFTWARE ENGINEERING
Business software for the work your tools don’t cover.
We build client portals, internal tools and integrations around the way your team works. We start with the software you already use, then configure, connect or build the missing pieces.
Bring one workflow, the tools you use and the step that keeps getting stuck. A technical specification is not required.
From request to assigned work.
- 01 / INTAKE
Client request
Files and contact details enter the workflow.
- 02 / VALIDATE
Check required details
Missing information goes back to the client before work is assigned.
- 03 / HANDOFF
Assign an owner
Create a task with the request context.
- 04 / SYNC
Update the status
Keep the internal record and client view in sync.
Illustrative process. The rules depend on your workflow.
CLIENT WORK / 21GOALS
A prediction game with rules of its own.
Custom scoring, football-data integrations, mini-leagues and round administration in one application.

Start with the work
that needs to change.
Four ways we help teams manage operations, serve clients and build products. The implementation depends on what your current tools can already do.
Operational systems
Keep tasks, customer records, approvals and reporting in a process your team can follow.

THE FIRST CONVERSATION
Bring the process.
We’ll work through the options.
Show us who does the work, where the information lives and what keeps going wrong. We use that context to discuss a useful first scope.
How an engagement runs- 01
Find the constraint
Users, handoffs, existing tools, budget and deadlines.
- 02
Choose an approach
Use what you have, switch products, configure, integrate or build.
- 03
Agree the first scope
Deliverables, responsibilities and commercial terms before development.
BEFORE WE TALK
A few practical questions.
Do we need custom software?
That is the first decision to make. An existing feature, a different product, configuration or an integration may cover the work. We discuss those options before recommending a custom build.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Yes. Share the tools, the data they hold and the step that is difficult. We can assess configuration, API integrations or a custom layer around the existing setup.
How do scope and pricing work?
We need to understand the users, workflows, integrations and constraints first. Before development begins, we agree on the first scope, deliverables and commercial terms.
What should I bring to the first conversation?
One workflow, the tools you use and a description of where the process gets stuck. You do not need a technical specification. If there is a deadline or budget range, include it.
START A CONVERSATION
Which part of the work keeps getting stuck?
Tell us what happens today and what needs to change. We’ll reply with questions or a suggested next step.
